Soul Power At TACAW

Friday night, the drive-in is open for business. This month's offering is the concert documentary Soul Power, the companion film to the Oscar-winning When We Were Kings. It's the greatest music festival you've never seen. Soul Power gives you a backstage pass to the legendary "ZAIRE 74" music festival in Kinshasa, which accompanied the Rumble in the Jungle heavyweight match between Muhammad Ali and George Foreman. Performers in the film include James Brown, BB King, Bill Withers, Miriam Makeba, and Celia Cruz. Tickets are going fast, and you don't want to miss out!

Tomorrow night, Wednesday Night Live rolls on with musicians, circus acts, and an uplifting, socially-distant kid's show called Fort Awesome. Grab the family and enjoy this live theater production that is sure to delight the little ones and bring a smile to your face. If you haven't been out to Downtown Basalt or Willits to experience Wednesday Night Live, get our there before it's too late! A full list of performers and locations is available at tacaw.org
